Our clinical service is provided by Dr Alice Gladwin, DClinPsy. Dr Gladwin is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is fully registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). She offers a range of evidence based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness and is committed to ongoing training and professional development to ensure she integrates the most up-to-date techniques and ideas into her psychological therapy.
With a wealth of experience gained through many years within the NHS and in private practice,
Dr Gladwin offers a comprehensive and high quality psychological therapy service for a wide range of problems including depression and anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship problems, trauma and addictions as well as work related stress, and broader difficulties issues such as struggling to find contentment, purpose or fulfilment either at work or in other areas of life.

About Dr. Gladwin
Alice completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, and also holds a masters degree in health psychology at City University, London.​
She has over two decades of experience of working within a range of NHS settings within the London area as well as within independent practice in central London and Surrey. She has worked in inpatient, community team and clinic settings with adults, couples and families presenting with a wide range of difficulties including addictions (all types), eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome and other physical health problems, sexual problems, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar affective disorder, psychosis, trauma and interpersonal difficulties.
She also has a strong interest in working with individuals with difficulties that are affecting their personal and professional lives such as work-related stress, redundancy, redeployment, low self-esteem, confidence, decision making, procrastination and perfectionism.​
